We started the year 2018 with another foundation project: it is the purchase and dispatch of the book ‘On death and rebirth, or how to die without fear’ by Lama Ole Nydahl to public libraries throughout Poland. In the western world, the topic of death is not popular and liked. Buddhism approaches him in a very open way, treating him as a natural sequence of things and also the opportunity to recognize the nature of the mind. In his book, the author and teacher of Buddhism, Lama Ole Nydahl, explains in an accessible way to the modern reader the knowledge of countless meditation masters about what we experience at the time of death and in an intermediate state before the next birth. Describes specific methods that help you prepare yourself better and then go through the dying process. It shows how to get rid of the fear of death and how to help others. He also cites the latest scientific research related to the field of near death. To facilitate readers’ access to this important knowledge, we decided to give the book to public libraries around the country. The action is underway as one of many activities of the Stupa House Foundation.
